On the last shot of a game, my friend made the 8 ball first, then pocketed one of my balls. Since he made my ball also, does this mean that he lost?

No. He wins. He pocketed the 8 before he pocketed your ball. The game was over when he made the 8.

If he had pocketed all his balls before the 8 ball, he wins. If he accidentally pockets your ball AFTER the 8 ball goes in, he still wins.

NO. He won the game before your ball did anything. The game was allready over. before yours fell.
