There's the good old want ads in your local paper.
you could take it by BMW and see if your dealer's willing to make you an offer. Though typically dealers low-ball used car buys.
There's also lots of BMW newsgroups on the 'net.
Have you parked it with a for-sale sign in a high-traffic parking lot,like a supermarket or mall?

eBay is the best way to go - had better luck there than anywhere else. E46fanatics is a bad idea if you're trying to overprice the car since they all understand about the car.
