i put a file onto my jumpdrive that was around 150 megabytes and after i deleted it, the space amount on my jumpdrive didnt change. my jumpdrive only holds 246 megabytes but after i deleted the file, it can still only hold 100 something megabytes. its like the file deleted some memory off my jumpdrive after i deleted it? help anyone?

open my computer, right click on the drive, click poperties, the tools tab, under error-checking, click check now, select both options, press ok. Then wait...
or format the drive, open my computer, right click the drive, click format, then click ok, WARNING THIS WILL ERASE ALL DATA STORED ON THE DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

plug ypor drive in.go to my computer.right click on jumpdrive select format drive. yes will reset the memory

Delete the file from recycle bin also.
