Have you had any unprotected sex in the last two months? I say two months because you actually can still have your period while pregnant. Is your period usually regular? If not, don't worry too much. If you are pregnant, though, you probably wouldn't be far enough along to have any signs or symptoms. So, if you're truly worried about it, buy a pregnancy test. It's the only way to get a definite answer. If it comes up negative and you still don't get your period after a week or two, talk to your doctor.

I would try to get one. If you are a week late either you are pregnant or there is something wrong. Some women have no symptoms at all in the early stages of pregnancy. I would definately get a test with TWO sticks in it. Take one when you get home or whenever you can. Irreguardless of what that one says take the other one the next morning. If they both say pos. then you are more than likely. If they both say neg then you arent more than likely. If one is positive and one is negative then you ARE more than likely. Either way you need to go to your doctor or OB or OBGYN ASAP.

I assume you've had unprotected sex and this is why you are worrying.
Yes, buy a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant, you'd want to know right away. If you are not pregnant, I think a few bucks is worth a week's worth of worry.
Other signs of pregnancy are: tender breasts... hmmm I don't think nausea comes that early.

That depends. Do you want to know??? If you are worried about it buy the test. It costs less then the stress. And BTW... stress can cause your period to be late. Good luck

Well wait another week. If you have stressed out that might affect your period as well. Also if you have changed friend or be came closer to someone you might not have been last month that could effect it as well .

There is a new test you can buy, and I believe it will tell you even before you have a missed period.
