Could be the blower motor. Even if the thermostat is working properly, if there's no blower motor, you won't feel heat coming out of the vents, you should however at least feel some heat once the car is warm, is that happening?

have you checked the coolant level ? if it's low heater won't work very good. with it warmed to normal operating temp. take cap off with it running to see if the coolant is flowing thru radiator. if your coolant is weak you need to change the antifreeze. more water than antifreeze is not good. you want at least 50/50, or a little more antifreeze than water.if you get it to be good for 45 below 0 then it's good and you should have good heat.

Check under the hood to see if there is a control valve in one of the heater hoses. If the valve is not working, it will not allow hot water to the heater core.

you in all probability do have air trapped into the gadget yet whilst the temp have been given to 195 your followers ought to have kicked on next to the thermostat housing you need to have 2 sensors in many situations the huge one is temp guage unplug it and the guage ought to fall to 0 if it does then replace the different one it controls the followers,if that dont do it then open the relay field decrease than the hood and replace the single that asserts radfan yet verify the followers first to substantiate that the shaft would not wobble if it does then replace them first.

Do you have enough anti freeze/water in the system? If there is not enough fluid in the system, nothing flows through the heater core to create the heat.
