Go to apply one,show them the receipt that you legally buy it from the towing company.

When you deal with sleazes you take a chance on getting screwed. They probably haven't gone through the hassle of filing the necessary paperwork to get a title.

contact the attorney general in your state and then find out if you can file for a title with motor vehicle on the car if the title is lost or the vehicle was abandoned.

go to your local dmv office and report this...they will send out a letter regarding this and inform them they either need to relinquish the title or inform you that they dont have one so you can apply for a new one but its a pain in the ***..good luck

you need to get back in touch with them again,,i buy a few like this,,and they have to apply for a duplicate title and this can take a few weeks,,but get back in touch with them,,they may have forgotten about it,,good luck with it,hope this help,s.,,have a good x-mas.
