my friend told me that I can change my ip address by disconnect my modern. I disconnect my modern in about 30 minutes, and then I connect again. Then I see my ip changes by click to this web:
http://whatismyip.com/

I use SBC dsl. When I check the above website, I see my IP address
Your IP Is 7x.xx.xx.xxx

But then I check my ip by right click on Local Area Conection, I found that I have other my ip address 19x.152.1.42. And this ip remains all the same even though I disconnect my modern.

I dont know which one is my true ip address. I would like to start new ip again for a new ebay account.

Thanks for your help.

You IP address outside of your ISp is different than you internal IP address. Your high bandwidth connections don't always change you IP address at each connection. Some give you a static IP address. Resetting you modem will sometimes help, but not always.

You can see your IP address, and change it, using the ipconfig command from the Windows command line.

It develop into if someone recognized multiples ids, bidding on the same broking's stuff and if someone pronounced it, then ebay may take action. Now, because the consumer ids are hidden, it truly is totally not undemanding to strive against this and ebay received't do some thing about it, becuase it skill more beneficial funds for them and their final analysis contained in the grand scheme of issues.
