You don't even need to be able to sing to make it in the music industry. I think they just let her do it because she's famous and they figured they could make some money off the teenyboppers who like her. She's a horrid actress but they still keep putting her in movies because her name will attract more people to the theaters and to rent the dvd. For the most part the entertainment industry isn't about talent but marketing and money. I'm much more interested in someone with real talent, say a Meryl Streep or a Christina Aguilera rather than these fakes who just try to look good and market themselves.

The same reason they let Britney "trash" Spears sing. They are "easy" in so many ways. And for the life of me I cant see why people are soo obsessed. I really think they lack a lot.

I have absolutely know idea, I guess because she has money, but one thing is for sure, she definitely isn't going to make any. I hate Paris anyway.

I don't think anyone is letting her sing. I think she has the money to do whatever she wants.

Actually when Paris' first album came out the response from the CRITICS was "I was amazingly shocked" and "I couldent believe my ears". Many people were impressed with Paris' display of talent. Besides, when you are Paris Hilton you can do anything. Go her!
