So since I started my period on my own this month, does that mean I ovulated last month???

maybe its a possibility!!! some women ovulate every month and some every other month!! were you having trouble getting your period and they put you on something or did you just stop taking BC>>? good luck!!

That depends. Are you charting your Basal Body Temperature, using ovulation predictor packs, or had an ultrasound preformed? You don't need to ovulate to have your period. You can have a period without ovulation.

Otherwise, it will be hard for someone on the outside to tell you if you ovulated or not.

Just because you started your period doesn't automatically mean you ovulated. It's possible you did ovulate but the only way to know for sure would have been to track your basal body temperature, cervical discharge and cervical position.
