Checlist of things to have or do before/during an LSD trip:
1. Make sure to have lots of water
2. Make sure to have friends you trust around to watch you
3. Have calming music on, heavy music turns a trip bad quickly
4. Stay inside
5. Have a semi-dark room, you get ultrasensitive to lights
6. Have toys to entertain yourself (trust me, it gets fun)
7. No sharp objects (I almost wanted to kill my friend)
8. Soft, squishy, fuzzy, all good feelings to stimulate your trip
9. Get massages
10. Lotion

A safe environment would be with people you know and trust (no strangers or outsiders), a location you are comfortable in where you have access to the outdoors when you need to breathe and preferably not too many neighbors out and about to watch you crawling on your hands and knees through the grass! I'd warn someone who never did it before that you have to have happy thoughts and remember any bad feeling is temporary. To dwell on a negative could send you on a bad trip and you really don't want to go there....

There is no safe environment when taking mind altering drugs that could do damage even years after taking it just one time.

In a laboratory setting so they could monitor you and then send you off to the mental ward. You may have a very bad trip. Don't experiment that is my advice. God bless****

I do not condone using drugs but I would think with someone you trust unconditionally.

i beg you from the bottom of my heart.... don't do it... i've seen too many of my friends destroy themselves... i'm not trying to preach but once you take these things you just want that feeling again and again... it's a vicious circle...
