I'm not expecting my next period until the 30th of December, but I'm experiencing some weird spotting that I've never had before. The blood is brownish in color, and sometimes a little pink. It started a few days ago, and I'm becoming a bit alarmed! I am going to phone my OB/GYN, but I have to work tomorrow, and might not be home in time to receive their return phone call, so I thought I'd check and see if anyone else has experienced anything similar. I'm not on BC - my hubby and I are actually trying for our second child and have been unsuccessful thus far. I've been reading a lot about ectopic pregnancies, and of course, scaring myself! Anyone else have a similar problem, or have experienced an ectopic pregnancy? Thanks for any help!

it could be mid cycle spotting or hormone imbalance/cysts ...normally(for most females)when you are pg, you spot a week before your period is due(implantation spotting). also with ectopic pg, most of the time it is normal and women have no symptoms until the baby grows too big... some spotting during pg is normal--it is best to call your doc so they can run tests to make sure everything is ok.. ive had implantation spotting with one pg, and had spotting with gushing blood with the second(irritation of cervex)....so get in touch with your dr!

It could be that you are pregant. The brown blood is old blood. It could be a result of implantation. I wouldn't worry to much. I was pregnant and spotted and since you said you are trying, that is what it could be. Just to let you know since you only have 1, each pregnancy is different so if you didnt have that last time doesnt mean you couldnt this time :) Dont worry be happy :) But do call your OBGYN just to get your mind to rest!

many women folk can get their sessions any time. some people have it on an analogous time each and each month. yet have faith it or no longer some people could have it at differnt situations. that's worry-unfastened for recognizing to take place 2 weeks before. besides as cramps. This ecxpecially happens if that's the 1st, 2d or 0.33 era. So dont panic that's amazingly worry-unfastened.
