Well i went to a wave pool yesterday and accidentally pulled a muscle in my leg but its okay now but when i came home from the pool my arms and joints are sore for some reason.

Sometimes strenuous movement or exercise can cause joint pain. I especially like to use Tiger Balm or Icy Hot patches to relieve sore muscles. Use it when you go to sleep. Also, I'd recommend rubbing the muscles with rubbing alcohol and/or use a heating pad. The heat helps reduce the soreness.

Because you were probably working your arm muscles as you swam in the pool. That or little Gnomes attacked you while you were sleeping last night.

You may have slept in a strange position to compensate for your leg muscle hurting.

Or, the strain in your leg could have thrown your body out of alignment which can cause other muscles to strain and hurt.

you can answer your own question. you were swimming using your arms to swim. so your arms and joints are soar from that. especially if you haven't done it for a while

take some o.t.c. pain killers like Motrin or aspirin if you are able. apply hot packs or take a hot shower and go to bed.

because you were using your arms to stay afloat and theyre probably not used to it so they are sore.
