i already got a usb chord for it i just need a program

go to www.hacktherazr.com and look for the usb driver install guide and follow the instructions, then download motorola software updater and p2kcommander(available at hacktherazr and other sites). I guess you could just download the usb drivers and then download bitpim, which is another nice freeware program

Just use the phone's "picture mail" function to e-mail the pix to your yahoo or other e-mail address. The cables are just an expensive overkill.
The phone also has Bluetooth and if your computer recognizes Bluetooth, that will transfer the picture files also.

windows xp on your computer should recognize it unless the phone came with its own software.
