I feel like I have already done so much, but I realize this degree is kind of "transient", a "stepping stone" if you will. It is not something I would feel satisfied with. You cannot do enough with it. I am going to begin volunteering at a cardiology lab at UMDNJ, in Newark, N.J. I am interested in some other career options, Pharmacy being one. Perhaps Medecine another. I would not be opposed to Osteopathy. Has anyone been in this situation before, or else offer insight?

P.S. I just finished first semester, got As on all classes. My undergrad was decent, B.S. in Bio, 3.05 GPA.

If you don't think it's useful, why blow even more time on it. Still, it's a bit late in the game. If you still can, I'd apply right away. If not, since you're doing so well, maybe keep going until you can aply again. Those masters program grades aren't going to hurt you.
