Yes on both counts although it is a little tricky to do but is basically called "milking the prostate"

The only way for a prostate stimulation is to stick ur finger in your anus. If u want to do that solo, yes u will reach an orgasm. Haven't u seen Road Trip?

I know people who are addictive to it and have gone to lengths to continuously reach that orgasm be it wet or dry, it is still an orgasm they say. They have stuck things up there that they couldn't get out that would make a gay person go straight and lord it aint a pretty site tryin to get them darn things out in the operating room.
