petsmart sells them for under $20. i got 2 female dwarves and it was under $20.

I'm not sure I understand this. You have a dwarf that you're buying a hamster for? As a Christmas gift perhaps?
Is it lawful to keep dwarfs? Is dwarf a politically incorrect term? I can't remember.
Maybe you should set the dwarf (maybe "little guy"?) free. Let him find a job as an Oompa Loompa at an amusement park. Just an idea.

They sell them at Petco and PetSmart for 13 to 14 bucks. That's how much I got mine for.
