i reeeeeely like this guy that is based in ft. hood (4 cities away from mine) he told me to call him. what does this mean and what can i say to make him want me?

Calling him is a sign that the attraction is both ways.
What to say is totally up to the two of you- you don't want to sit on the phone and play the "Ummm- well what do you want to talk about ?" game. Talking is a way of getting to know each other. Start by asking him simple questions- how was ur day? what exactly do you do for work? or something along those lines..
You are trying to get to know him as he is to you. Talk about any commonalities that arise. movies, music, tv shows, books, color, things you do in ur sparetime and songs that really are stupid that you really love though- like I love the unicorn song from the Irish - it is stupid but yet I love it.
Get to know each other through communication and then if all goes well just happen to mention going out together as a casual thing or he may beat you to it.
Do not gush over yourself- guys don't like girls that only talk about themselves and visa-versa-----
There is not to much you can really say that will make him want you except be yourself and let him see you for the intelligent, sensual woman you are!!!

There is absolutely nothing you can say to make someone like you. It has to happen naturally. Don't try to be forward and say something that you might regret later. Be nice to him (not overly nice), just as you would to your best friend. If something is going to happen, it will, just don't expect it to happen because you might say the right thing. you cant make a guy want you by asking a certain question.just be yourself and relax . remember he is just as shy as you are .just smile at him and say hi i like your hair style or what ever dont say that if he's bald. ha Ha ask what he does for a living and pretend to be interested in his work.ask what he likes to eat and offer to cook it up some time in your parents house, of course.

I think he already does so just call him and see what he does if he asks you on a date DON'T ORDER THE MOST EXPENSIVE THING ON THE MENU! Trust me and ware something nice and beutiful! He'll love you.
