ok i have been ttc for 2 years and i have never been pregnant before i also have very irregular periods but lately i have been getting a lot of cramps for about 2 weeks now and this cycle has lasted about 43 days already also i have breast tenderness and for like 3 days i have been really hungry all day. i never get cramps or breast tenderness during my period. but i took a test 2 weeks ago and it had come out negative and i dont want to get my hopes up. what do you guys think i should do ?

See your dr. for a pre-conception visit. With irregular periods it is going to be very difficult to get pregnant. Anything over 40 day cycle is abnormal and means you may not be ovulating.

43 days is a long cycle even for those with irregular ones. I would take another test as it is more likely that you may have got a wrong negative result than it is to get a wrong positive result. So it may have just been a mistake

If that one still says you are not pregnant I would definately go to see the doctor as there could be something wrong if you are still not having your period x

I would take another test (urine), or make an appointment with your doctor to get a blood test done.

From personal experience it seems to be the signs of pregnancy.
