Is the Gamestop web site accurate?

For super smash bros. brawl, it says the preorders will ship on june 1, 2007. I just want to know if the web site isn't lying or being misinformed.

Gamestop's website is not very accurate when it comes to release dates. The reason is that the manufacturers give the retailers an estimated date as to when the game will be released, which 9 times out of 10 is incorrect. For that particular game, you might want to try back in a few weeks and hopefully you'll get a different answer.

no not all the time because it says there about halo 3 its going to come out 11.7.06 and i hear its going to come out may but at times it can be accurate if i were i would wait a couple of more months to see when its really going to come out

Yes that website has all the dailly info maybe that just a guess but usually they dont lie or "gossip" like other websites do
