Well "friend's" aren't for making out! They are for taking to about who we made out with.

You may have given him the impression that there was some mutual feelings by participating when you guys made out.
Knowing how you feel now it would have been best that you backed off from the initial gesture he made at you to make out.
It's ok. These things happen. Let him know right away that things got out of hand and you two should just remain friends. Don't let this linger. A true friend will understand and respect that.

Let him make the decision of if he can handle your depression or not. Don't just ward him off. Let him get to know you more. You never know, he may prove to be really understanding.

all chicks have depression. they all have victim complexes too. listen carefully guys don't like chicks as friends period. chicks don't have common sense and it's real annoying. we only want to get into your pants. if we do start liking you as friends to we marry you, but thats down the road. so give it up to him then tell him you made a mistake and just want to be friends. then every ones happy.

well, if you like this friend--in the way that you would want to go out with him--then........go out with him!
tell him about your depression and ask him if he can handle it before you guys start going out
chances are, it wont bother him at all!
good luck =]

as your friend, isn't he already exposed to your depression?
I think that if you want to just remain friends, then you should tell him. On the other hand, if you want to be more than just friends, then that's up to you. Talk to him about it. If he's your friend, he'll understand.

Give him a shoot, if he's your best friend then that means that he knows exactly how you are with your depression. He just might be that person to relieve your tension

Make sure he knows what he's getting into. If he still wants to stick around, then he can probably handle it.
