I'm trying to get get to a website/forum but my computer will not get the page for me.?

I am able to navigate over the Web, but cannot access this page. I've tried many ways to get it. What causes this and how do you resovle it. I have it always easy to access in my Favorites, so why I am not able to pull it up tonite is
confusing to me. How frustrating, so my questions are, why does this happen and how do I resolve it?

My experience is that there is a problem (usually temporary) with the website you are trying to access. Try again later or tomorrow.
