You could transfer some of the fat from your stomach into my hips and butt. Then transfer some of your boobs to my boobs. Just an idea. I'm skinny (with age catching up to me...little pooch in the gut), but need help in those three areas. Lay on your back and with your legs straight out, lift them a few inches off the floor and hold it for like a count of ten. Repeat that as often as you can. Crunches work too. Walk when ever you can instead of driving or taking elevators.

Now you need to do crunches, and go to the gym and start using other machines. If you don't like working out in public, then start running and bring a music player if it helps. Keep up the exercise!

Honey the best exercise is steps when you use a stair stepper or use the steps at home you are using all the muscles in your body. I wish you lots of luck but I know it works for me. God Bless.

Sit-ups or "crunches" are a nice idea, a friend of mine got a six pack from working his way up to 100 a day, but keep in mind that you don't wanna start out at that, start out at 20 a day then work your way up, and give it time.

wrap yourself in serran wrap and go for a run, it will melt inches off. you have to do it a lot, but it works. also, you can buy a sweat belt, its like a peice of rubber with cloth on the outside and you wrap it around any area you want to lose inches in and go running or jump rope (and cardio that will make you sweat)

Go running...it doesn't matter how many sit ups you do if you have fat covering up your muscles. Running/aerobic exercise will help lose the fat.

You cannot loose fat in one area only. You cannot spot reduce. That is an impossibility. Do not let anyone try to tell you any different.
