So:
In July 2005 we signed up for a family plan of 4 lines and 1400 minutes. I had a phone for 9 months, then I got a new phone (but I paid retail price for it) in April of 2006. We added a new phone to our bill and upgraded to 2100 minutes in May of 2006. My question is, since in July of 2007 we would have phones for two years (except the one added in May) and even if I paid retail price for the one I got a few months back, would I be eligable for a phone in Jul 07? If not, what date?

we have Verizon, and if you access your account online, it will tell you exactly when you'll be eligible for each separate phone line. Here's the link, then when you log in to your account, look towards the bottom of the first page. Good luck!

you can call the verizon number that is on your bill and they can tell you when you are eligible to get new phones.
