I don't know about paint, but I've had to remove human remains from the front bumper many times, and Windex works like a charm...

Many times, cleaner wax will remove light paint scuffs. Use a good cleaner wax.... Mother's is a good brand.... and scrub away with the wax. If the marks are heavier than that, you might find a body shop that can buff it out a bit with fine rubbing compound. Unless you know about buffing and polishing cars, let a body shop do it.

Do it in a properly ventilated area and be conscious it on with a paint brush. go away it on for a couple of minutes and also you may commence to work out the paint bubble up. eliminate the gunky paint residue with a scraper. I used this technique on my mustang which had 3 diverse coats of paint. some thing the paint stripper can't get off use a sander to it. ascertain you wash it off earlier repainting.

Go buy a tube of GS-27 at Wal Mart, etc. and rub the paint off. It won't hurt her original finish.
