When Britney Spears flashed her vagina, why wasn’t she arrested for indecent exposure? She didn’t even get a slap on the wrist. This is an insult to all decent people in USA.

Because she didn't "flash" anyone and not wearing underwear isn't against the law.
Indecent exposure would require her to deliberately expose her genitals in public. She didn't do that. Also, it's extremely difficult for females to expose their genitals because of their physiology.

I think that's the kind of crime that you have to write out a report for. And there probably weren't a lot of people who saw it who were just standing there. And you can't say the camera guys saw it, because they have their cameras really low, just waiting for that shot.

Its one thing to accidently expose your self getting out of a car having tons of people there to catch it
but purposly whipping it out and showing people is another.
If people weren't so fascinated with celebrity lives you woulda never seen it!

I'm sure someone would eventually catch you naked too if they got camera around you 360 and follow you around 24/7.

It is not illegal to not wear underwear. She didn't purposely flash it, someone just happened to photograph and unfortunate moment. Move on people!

she wasn't arrested because nobody was there fromt he police to arrest her, and the cameramen didn't press charges
