I've realized that taking ourselves too seriously, i.e. for the lack of a better word having pride, can be exhibited by us suffering over bad things that have happened to us and putting us below others (as much if not more) then by the typical meaning of the word pride, i.e. putting ourselves above others.

I used to have friends and now I only have 2 people! One person is myself and the second person is someone I met on yahoo answers but never seen in real life!

I've become more self concious, so now I'm really worried of how people see me. I hate it, but I think things might go back to normal, my friend told me something he hasn't said in a while. "Life's boring if you're worried about being teased"
