I'm not quite sure what it is you are mainly concerned about here. Is the problem that your girlfriend is going to marry someone else and you are afraid of the consequences when her pregnancy is discovered? Or is it that you want to marry your girlfriend rather than your pretty but underage cousin? And how did your girlfriend get pregnant if she is ugly? :-) And did you get her pregnant?
I would imagine that you want to marry your girlfriend, so you are going to have to do some fairly serious, and honest, talking with the people involved. In any case, the situation will become fairly obvious as time goes on.
It is not easy to pretend to be a virgin if you are pregnant. Only one person so far in the history of the world has managed that!

I don't think anyone can help her hide the pregnancy, if that's what you're asking. I'm not sure since it seems English is not your first language...
Talk to a counselor or someone that could get her out of the marriage.
