All you need is love is the declarative sentence. because it ends in a period and its not a comand. Exclamation mark ! is exclamatory. question mark ? is interrogative sentence...hopefully I helped!!

All you need is love.

The first is exclamatory, you tell by the exclamation point.
The second is declarative because it declares something without a command or being a question/opinion.
The third is interrogative because it asks a question.
