Okay I rented Pirates of the carribean deads man chest.
I didn't understand much but I understanded until the chick handcuffs Jack to the ship.
First of all why?
second, when they go back to that freaky ladys place they all agree to something...what?
and third what did it mean when the first captain of the black pearl came down.
I thought he was dead?
I am so confused!

Like the others said (and old times dictated) Jack had to go down with his ship.
Secondly, the freaky lady asked them if they wanted to get Jack back, just cause.
Finally, the last part made no sense at all. I have no idea how he is alive, so they better clear that up. Anyway, when he came down, it meant he was back from the dead(where Jack is) and he can also pilot the living ocean(where he and everyone else is now)

Elizabeth offers up Jack so she and everyone else can live; it is basically the only way to save everyone besides Jack (Will, Mr Gibbs, Rigette & Pintel, Cotton, etc) from the Krakken that is out to kill Jack and everyone and everything around him. She explains this to Jack as she does it. No one else besides she and Jack knows she does this; she even lies to eveyone when she says Jack "elected to stay behind to give us a chance". "Elected" means "chose" which would mean, well, that she didn't handcuff him, but that he was staying of his own free will (which of course he wasn't).
The go to Tia Dalma's for a wake (sort of a memorial service) for Jack. Tia suggests that they can bring Jack back from the dead...they all agree.
At that point she introduces them all to someone who has been to the land of the dead, someone who's "sailed those waters": Barbossa. Who, until quite recently was quite dead. We even see his dead pirate feet earlier when they bring Jack the Monkey to her, and the Monkey runs to the booted feet. Tia has clearly brought Barbossa back from the dead somehow. The fact that he has returned from the dead establishs that Jack, too, may be brought back from the dead.

They had to kill Jack (by handcufifng him) in order to live themselves
They agree to bringing jack back to life
They only THOUGHT the captain was dead!

well lets see
first of all the octopus guy threatend to kill them all if Jack wasnt delivered.. so she delivered him.
they all agree to help finding him.
and as for the first captain i dont know. that was a little weird... my guess.. they found a way to bring him from the dead... since the third just happenes to be "At world's end" which is a reference they say to hell.

jack wanted to die with his ship as captain.
and at the lady's house, they were all gonna go and save jack sparrow.
and barbosa was ressurected by the creep lady to help in the next movie.
