Can you put a video from Limewire into an Ipod?

I want to know, can you put a video (downloaded from limewire) into a 30 g Ipod Video, if yes, then what format is it?

ok i'm pretty sure this is how you do it (this is how u put a song from limewire onto an ipod)

1.download the video and once its downloaded go to the limewire library and enqueque (i think thats how u spell it) the video and save the playlist thing

2. open the playlist on itunes under file- add file/folder to library and it should upload

yes but u have to then convert it into .mov file
so download xilisoft's video converter
then get a serial number for it from seriall.com (or pay 15 dollars or wahtever)
then import the download movie into that
convert it to .mov
import the .mov movie into itunes
put it on ur ipod
