Neither----I eat salad because I am diabetic & watch CARBS and CALORIES.
By the time most people are done dumping crap on a salad, it's WORSE than a double cheeseburger!
BTW---a serving of salad dressing is 2 tablespoons---about 2 of the caps full! That is a VERY helpful hint.
