You can locate that information on a Windows XP or older computer by running DirectX Diagnostics.
On the start menu, click "Run". In the box type "dxdiag" and press enter or OK. Wait for the program to load, then click on the Display tab. You should be able to locate information in this page. Good luck!

put you mouse cursor on your desktop make a right click on your mouse then properties then under display properties click the Settings tab then click advanced then in advanced you click the adapter and then in < adapter information > look for memory size then you will see how many MB is your video card.

I use a little program called MVPCInfo. It has a 30-day trial, so download it and let it find everything on your PC. I hope this helps!

Microsoft has an utility that you can download that will provide you with the information (very detailed) about you video card and drivers.
