I do. Never limit yourself to possibilities of the unknown. It will one day be your down fall.

I did a study on them in one of my college classes years ago. Refer to the answer Cinnamon gave you previously, because it is the most correct that I have read on here.
There are people out there who do drink blood, but they are truly a minority given all the diseases which are so rampant these days. There are others who consider themselves vampires, like Cinnamon said, who drain the psychic energy from others. Some even have regular donors.
Dracula was, of course a real person, but he was Vlad Tepes, a Romanian. I have even been to his castle outside of Siggy Soara (Can't rmember the exact spelling, sorry) in the Transylvanian part of Eastern Europe. Not a vampire in the literal sense that he drank blood, but was known for driving a nail or two through the skulls of certain visitors. Impaled quite a lotof folks, as well...
For more info on more contemporary vampires instead of the mythological type, there is one quite well known vampire in the San Diego area named Don Henrie. Check out his website at http://vampiredon.net/ . Don't blame me if he scares you; I'm only the messenger!

Vampires are real but don't believe in the ones Hollywood has done. We all believe vampires are real based on what was written by famous authors and what movies and TV Shows have done.
But there are vampires who can walk in the daylight and be fine.
Theres vampires that like garlic and have no effect with crosses, holy water and a stake will kill ANYONE, not just vampires.
There are also different kinds of vampires too and not all of them are into the "Goth" look.

Yes, but it could also be scientifically explained.
The nearest term would be: RABIES.
Before rabies became a term, people have thought about something to explain its cases and in so many turns of centuries it grew up into what we now knew as vampire, aswangs, etc. Rabies is common to 'bats' as to vampires and 'dogs' as to aswang.
This is just a supposition, but if you are skeptic enough and you want to search the reality of a vampire or aswang you too would end to rabies.
But if you are in the Philippines, you would believe in aswang because in our place there is so much respect in superstitions may you be rich or poor, educated or uneducated, high tech or low tech.

I think vampires were group of people similar to goth s today or they were malnourished and had some skin or vitamind defienciacy yes they were real but not like history has told it no bats blood sucking maybe sacrificial ritual blood drinking. So i think some of it is true been stretched a lot and some scientific health reason are also the cause like skin problems viamin d defenciacy. sorry bad spelling.

If they were, and they could be, they wouldn't want you to suspect that they were real. Thus they would not have unsuspecting fools from which to feed.
When walking down Rue Royale in the French Quarter en route to St. Louis Cathedral, Jackson Square, and Pirates Alley be mindful of the little hairs standing up on the back of your neck and your arms. They might be a bit more mindful than your brain of the naughty little fiends about to dine on your mortal juice of life.

I personally think vampires are real. Who am I to say that they aren't, when practically every culture on this planet has atleast one vampire story in their texts?

Oh yes. There are actually two classifications of vampires. Psychic vampires are the ones who when you are around them, you feel drained of all energy. Sanguine vampires do exist but they may or may not be like Hollywood depicts.

I think psychological vampires are real and much more of a threat.
We are stronger than they are if we use it.
