OK, so the reaction would be 2(Na2O2) + 2(CO2) --> 2(Na2CO3) + O2.

a) each mole of CO2 produces half a mole of O2, so each person would get 5 moles per day of oxygen.

b) You need a mole of Na2O2 for each mole of CO2, so ten moles total. The molar mass of Na2O2 is 2*22.990 + 2*15.999, or 77.978 g/mol. Therefore 10 moles of Na2O2 weighs 779.78 grams, which is how much you need.
