If you want to get a 100 A++ you could do this:

It is all about how to make Chain Maille. It would be time consuming, but you would blow your teachers mind. A squire would have been responsible for helping a knight keep up his armor and stuff, if I'm not mistaken.

use stirdy cardboard, cut out the shape and cover it w/ lots of aluminum foil. Paint it afterwords if you wish. most armies back then put a symbol to represent it's country. try a lion w/ a forest green backround if your artistic enough. Or look up some if you want. There are plenty of them online.

Tin foil and cardboard shalt doeth thy heart good, squire. Thou mighteth think of using extra cardboard and pressing the foil into the cracks to make a seal, oh young one.

We always cut swords out of cardboard and then wrapped them in aluminum foil to make them look like metal when we were kids. You could make a vest, too, and paint it. Watercolors won't work though. Good luck!
