no because a civil war means a war within the country so i dont think france is in america

ok I don't get it...a Civil War would be one on our own land with ourselves so what the heck does France have to do with us over here?! did I miss something in the translation ?!..like why is that other answerer even talking about Texas?! did you mention this somewhere before Mr T ?!tanyway we are not there biggest fans and haven't been for long time now unfortunately...and sadly we are losing more allies more now than ever which could/can be a very dangerous handful of cards to deal!!! our heads are getting a little too big for our britches....but this may be too deep for you so I'll stop there!!
