My boyfriend has a child..he claims he was raped by the mother. He was drunk and said she took advantage of him, and she happened to get pregnant. He claims he was so drunk he doesn't remember it, and woke up when he was having an orgasm...but i didn't think it was physically possible for a man to get hard and have an orgasm when he is that drunk where he doesn't know what is going on. SO my question is...Is it possible for him to be SO drunk to get this woman pregnant, all while he was intoxicated and had no clue as to what was going on? Is this rape...or just a drunken one night fling that he regrets now?

Yeah it can happen. My wife has gotten me started while I was fast asleep and it can all meld into a very dream-like state before you finally wake up. If you're drunk and passed out, then I can see that happening.

OTOH, it seems much more likely that he just got caught with his pants down. You know him better than we do, though.

The penis is not a voluntary muscle. It doesn't stand tall when I want it too, it stands up when it wants too. He may have been drunk, but if she was hot, and wiggling her *** in his face, of course he can still get an erection.

Now the law does state that having sex with someone while they are intoxicated can be considered sexual assault because the person is not of the right mind to consent, but you and I know that that is just a stupid loophole.

Now if he passed out, and still had an erection (this is possible) she could have inserted his penis into her vagina, and got pregnant off of premature ejaculation, which in this case I would have to say that she took advantage of him, and that would be considered rape.

But if he was conscious, unless she was some big berlie chick and he was some scrawny meak little worm, he should have been able to force her off of himself.

So it is possible, but highly unlikely.

sounds like a black out to me and he came to when he had a orgasm and realized what he was doing.. now did this happen before you got together if so than it is all water under the bridge but he still need a paternity test just to be sure.. and if you were together then you both need to sit down and make some ground rules.. like no drinking unless you are together so this don't happen again.. believe me people with black outs don't remember what is going on.. they have bit and pieces as time goes on but nothing more than that

Of cause its possible. Men have orgasms in there sleep and when they are drunk they have even less control of there body.
Its fair enough he doesn''t marry but if he was raped there only one way a child could of come of it right?

Yes, it's possible to be very drunk (to the point of forgetfulness) and also to have sex. However, the part where you said "he woke up when he was having an orgasm" sounds like a huge hole in the story to me...

There is this Movie called Thursday (NO relation to Friday) where a dude gets raped. It's a pretty interesting scene.

It sounds like he blacked out. Saying that he was raped is a lame excuse. You can still have sex and orgasm when you are on drugs or alcohol. It sound to me like he isn't very responsible.

It's entirely possible, people don't realize how often men are raped.

However, lots of rape accusations, from male and female, are entirely made up. The odds are with the rape, however.
