I am a huge fan of naruto yeah blah blah whatever I heard someone say he did I just didnt know I watch american episode and some japanese episode that are way ahead and I thought he would appear in the future

In the ORIGINAL version of naruto, namely the correct version-freshly created by the creater, yes Gaara has a brother.
Gaara, Temari, and Kankurou are children from the Third Kazekage, meaning they're simblings. However, because Gaara was born with a demon sealed inside him, he was isolated from his brother and sister.
Sasori is not related to Gaara. if you don't mind spoilers from the manga, Sasori is the grandson of the person who sealed the demon in Gaara.

Yeah its the guy with the makeup and the black costume.Also related to Tamari. All the ppl in Gaara's team are related to eachother.
