I have many mementos that I refuse to give up, because each thing is a part of you. Bringing back each a different time in your life, and memories that are with it. I have my baby blankets, my scrapbook, things that were my Grampas (he recently died), and all my stuff animals. If I had to give up any of my momentos, I would feel like I lost a part of me. So, I chose all my momentos not just one.

My orange Award Carrier bag. I had a paper route. All the paperboys had regular white canvas shoulder bags to carry the papers in. Only a very very few of us had the coveted "orange" bag. It could not be bought, but was awarded to any paperboy who could deliver a whole year without one complaint to the newpaper office.

It's in my basement next to a couple of violins right now.

A piece of quartzite rock... it is smooth, as big as my palm, and looks like a Smartie. I found it on the beach when I was 14... so I've been carrying around a rock for 20 years!
