Sometimes , because when your friends online sometimes you can tell people things without having to deal with seeing them in person , or ou dont get the intire view of their persnality , but if your good friends its prefectly the same sometimes , it all depends on the people in the friendship

Definately. I have had friens online for years. I recently lost touch with a couple of them after I was off the Net for a while (about a year). We talked about EVERYTHING and we were able to be honest about a lot of things that would have otherwise just been wierd

I feel that people put there sole into there writing so they are able to express how they feel with out some one staring at them that can be nerving.
