I dripped oil from my burrito onto my sweater...I tried everything to get it out...I ended up throwing it away.

Try W-D 40 I heard this a long time ago. Also I heard the cans of compressed air that you use on computers to clean the keyboard. Try that on the oil stain. Hopefully you will get it out of your sweather also try Dawn Dishsoap. My sister just told me for you to use baking soda on the stain. First put an old towel down on the ironboard from the back of the stain press the iron on it and repeat if necessary and this should take the olive oil out!

SIMPLE GREEN! Spot spray with this product and let it set for several hours. If the fabric is sturdy enough, try lightly scrubbing the spot with an old toothbrush. Wash with extra laundry soap and check before putting in the dryer because the hot air will set the stain. If the spot is still there, repeat until it is removed. If all else fails, use pure lemon juice in the same manner. Good luck!

place some absorbent paper (like butchers paper) over the stain and iron with a heat iron. you will locate that the oil would be absorbed by making use of the paper. shop changing the paper till oil is bumped off.

try any kind of dishwashing soap, especially one that claims to be "grease-cutting". Then wash the sweater as usual.
