I work for a car rental company and people call in and they are a s s e s when they call in, what's up?

People are rude and nasty because they are stressed out, broke, and have to deal with their nasty in laws and families! That's why, trust me!! That is the reason i am b!tchy! Heheh!

Maybe they have a mother in law who gave them a refrigerator magnet for Christmas while their husband got a $50 gift certificate to Circuit City just so she could show them how much she hated them....Nah that's just me....
Probably the lack of cash, the big expectations other people place on them, the crowds of people in shopping malls, the rush to find everything you are looking for especially when it is a high demand item etc...
If it's any consolation I am not an a s s....I avoid all the lunatics.

B/C Christmas time is depressing for a lot of people.
They say that Christmas time is when the most suicides occur. I think people get depressed and lonely since a lot of people don't have anybody to be with during this time.
Try not to take it personally. I try to take pity for people like that, since there's obviously something wrong in their lives.

Well because during this time of the year people are stressed out for one reason or another. One thing that you should remember is that you are there to offer a service to them. And whether or not they are rude, we still have to remain professional and remember that they are the reason that we have our jobs.

Everyone is rush rush rush and stressed out before the holidays.but if they are too rude tell your boss about it . you should not have to pit up with too much rudeness. Cheer up after the holidays hopefully everyone will calm down. Merry X-mas

They want to make sure they have a rental so that they can get to visit there families for the hoildays.

Seasonal stress. They all need to be somewhere to keep the family happy, but the travel and details are more than they can handle. They don't want to travel for the Holidays, but their family commitment requires it.

People are going through all types of things and it's not right to take it out on you. Wont you try to understand, ask them say are you have a tough day that will make them see they are being rude at the wrong person.Sorry you have to go through that.
