Its been about 4-5 days since ive handled her because of this damn cold, and i havent had her long either, so im jsut wondering will she become vicious?

Animals can't get our germs and we can't get theirs. Jut pick up your hampster and show her you love her. She'll quickly know that you still love her, and you may even get over your cold sooner too,

not at all. just wash ur hands, and give her little pets from time to time instead of handling it. it should be fine.
