The everlasting burning sensation of a cold shower sends chills down my spine, for it feels like ice slipping down my body.
Does that work?

In order to write an essay from your experience all you have to do is think up (in this case) all the things a cold shower feels like and how you feel afterward (and for how long) and include it in your essay.
At some point in your life you must have felt cold water. Maybe even if you were just caught in the rain - you know what it feels like.
Think up words like "chilly" or "squeaky clean" or maybe even add "a little achy" if you stay too long. You could mention that soap doesn't lather all that well. You could mention feeling kind of frazzled for a while after a cold shower. You could mention that cold showers can have a similar effect that cold humidifiers have (used when babies or small children have congestion).
Just think up as many of the things you know cold water feels like (like ice after a while) and incorporate them into your essay.

Buck up and stop wimping out.
You should be able to write your essay after taking your long cold shower. Your teacher would not have assigned someone to do this if they thought you could not handle it.
The best way to start you essay would be to tell of your feelings about having to take a long cold shower in the first place.

I think that your teacher actually expects you to take a cold shower.
This will not be fun but it is necessary for you to experience a cold shower. If you are chicken about doing this have your mother or another family member help you. Have someone turn the cold water on you and have someone else make sure you stay in the shower.
Good luck on this essay!

No, you will actually have to endure a long cold shower in order to
write your essay. You cannot go on the experience of others.
Choose a time of day when noone will be home so that your screams will not disturb your family members. Happy Shivering!

I am sorry to tell you but you need to suck it up and head for a long cold shower! That is the only way that you can get an accurate description down on paper!
Breathe deeply and prepare to scream as the cold water hits you!

Try putting your feet or hands into cold water for an extended period and use that as a basis.

You could say something like, I'm stuck in the middle of the Artic Ocean, the ocean is my tub and the iceburg is is my floor. There is no way to escape. . .. . .
That's probably stupid, but it is a start.
