Hello again... it's me again from your other question.
Stave 3 is the ghost of Christmas PRESENT. Not the past as the other people here have stated.
The spirit takes him first into the Streets of London where all the folks are hustling and bustling...preparing for Christmas day... shopping etc.
READ IT MARCI... please.
Tiny Tim had a crippled leg and very low energy to get stronger and walk without help of a crutch. His parents loved him so much.. but were poor. Read it... it's fantastic.

The first ghost took Scrooge into his own past.
Tiny Tim had a crutch.
For Godssake read the book - it is very short

I don't think it really says what Tiny Tim was sick with. I remember that he was sick since birth. The ghost takes Scrooge to his past first.
You should read it, it's very good.
