Who is telling you to lose weight?
The ONLY person who should say anything to you about your weight should be your MD.

LIsten, it has taken me years to get over the fact that I feel fat and embrace my curves. Had we been alive 50 years ago we would have been beautiful. Its not fair. Provided your weight is not a health issue, learn to love it. I figure that any one at most weights can look good it the right clothes. I have big boobs and big hips so know what curves are. Who cares what other people say, what do you feel?? Are you unhappy, if not don't do anything to make others happy. You are the most important person in your life.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Losing weight doesn't necessarily mean you'll lose your curves. I think the ideal thing to do is to stay healthy and toned. People who tell you to embrace your curves are merely trying to be tactful. If given a choice, they wouldn't embrace their own curves too!

well if by curves you mean overweight yes the goal is always to be healthy . though otherwise just be who you want do you feel comfortable in your body ? if you do besides those people telling to lose weight you should tell to shut up you should stay the same . if your unconfotable do it for you not the people telling you to lose weight.

I totally know how you feel. I am between "fat" and "curvy" and I chose not to stress it too much. I watch what I eat (not to the extreme) so I don't gain more weight, but I love the curves on my body - it's unique and different from many of the bodies out there.

Do what makes you happy, as long as your healthy, it's all gravy!

ask a doc but in the mean time embrace you womanly curves, all fashion experts will tell you to wear clothes to show off your body rather than hide it under baggy clothes, ignore those people who are telling you to lose weight

do what you want to do. I have weighed anywhere from 128-200lbs in the past 10 yrs. I was happy at every weight, people said i looked sick at 128 and tooo fat at 200(they said it was 'unhealthy).

I am currently 177 and happy. I plan to loose 20lbs, but only because i want to be a healthier me for when i have another baby.

It depends...You weren't very descriptive so I don't know if you should or not... How much do you weigh and how tall are you. How do you feel about your body. Do you think you just look chubby or do you think, yeah you need work but you're just too lazy. If you have to ask I'd think you need to lose weight and you'll feel better about yourself if you do.
