I feel like pounding some sand. My mood swells with fears uncertainties and doubts. I am constantly reliving my experiences of the past and those ideas in my mind are spinning around like clothes in a dryer. The loud explosions, the flashes of light are like fireworks on the Fourth of July. They come at me like road signs reflecting off a truck driver's eyes. Loud noises frighten me as I withdraw into fetal position like a caterpillar. I must survive though because I know that the sun will shine again tomorrow.

Tired, a little headachy, but proud that I dragged my @ss off the couch tonight to go to Jazzercise even though I didn't feel like going!

taking care

had a lot of physical time outdoors
so i am deserving of my chunky monkey

about the holidays

I feel sad. My Son In Laws , Dad's funeral is tomorrow and I know my little grandson is going to miss him very much.
