i decided what i would name my boat a long time ago; but i don't think i'll ever have one. so, i offer for your consideration, the name "mistral wind". awesome, don't you think? thanks to heart from their dog and butterfly album..

Awesome... I love to fish and that sounds like so much fun for you two. Maybe a good name would be the place you're from (or the place she will be docked or spending the majority of time at) plus a person's name. Everyone knows boats are female. Something like "Nassau Nellie" or "Bahama Betty" would be on the funnier side... if you're looking for unique try looking at racehorse names.
