she a woman and she gets away with everything. I do everytihng she tells me to. she comes to work a hour late every day. Also she lies about being sick to go home.

this is funny because I feel I am in the same spot right now. I think that at most jobs u have someone that is lazy and doesn't want to work so even if u get another job you'll most likely deal with the samething. Just deal with it do your job. That's all I can say.

Interview for better jobs -
Most jobs have a loser boss come thru sooner or later .
Interview , get better offer , give loser boss notice that equals your remaining vacation or PT time. (cash payout is OK but nice vacation between jobs good for your overall health)

I agree...
Find a different job, or live with it.
She isn't going to change, but she's your boss. It stinks, but theres nothing you can do about it.
Just find another job FIRST, and once you are hired, then tell her you are leaving.

Find another job, or when she hands you some of her stuff say you just don't have enough time. Try to transfer out of her department.

since she is the boss not much you can do unless she has a boss you might ask them
