Lol. Yeah. But the thing is I have had experiences with ghosts before so I don't jump to conclusions when it comes to this anymore. Even if there's no one there, there's a reason I have this feeling right? Maybe the watchers are out of my visual area?

I do that all the time & it's worse when I take my nighttime medicine Seroquel. I really get paranoid after I take that. I do it either way, though. It's creepy~
